Personal use only. The Teacher Plan is an individual subscription: one seat, one named teacher, one account. A school, district or company may pay for seats for its teachers — each teacher registers their own account, using a school email or a personal one. What it is not is an institutional or enterprise licence: it may not be run as one shared account for staff, deployed organisation-wide as a site licence, or resold or built into another product or service. After checkout you'll get an order number — use it with your email to register at iSpeak Academy. Monthly auto-renews at $9.99/mo; annual auto-renews yearly. The Teacher Plan is a per-seat license for personal use: one named teacher at $9.99/mo per seat. It is not an institutional or enterprise licence. Sharing lessons with your students is unlimited. Sharing login credentials or API keys with other teachers may result in cancellation of your subscription without refund. Your subscription is a licence to use the service — it transfers no ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software or any part of it, create derivative works from it, or resell or embed it in another product, without the prior written consent of Silver Inc. Unauthorised use, copying or appropriation is prohibited and Silver Inc. reserves every remedy available to it.
